What happens when you wake up in the morning to find your water heater has leaked all over the floor and you have to get to work? Who do you call to clean out your gutters or winterize your home in the fall? That’s the comfort of having a maintenance and repair company at your disposal who handles all things necessary for the upkeep of your home! The fact that we have access to most of our clients’ homes is an added convenience – you can make the call on your way to work and return home to find everything is back to normal!

How does it make you feel when your 5-year old furnace stops working and every company you call to fix it insists you need a new one? At Lady Fix-It, we believe strongly in repairing a system whenever possible. You can count on us to tell you the truth at every visit and give you honest options for getting you back to comfort. Most homeowners know that there are certain things that must be done to maintain their household, but who do you ask to find out what those things are? They sure don’t give you a manual with the house when you buy it! How about partnering with a company that not only knows what all those things are, but even has a program to do them for you! When you enter into a Maintenance Agreement with Lady Fix-It, we’ll take care of all the details necessary in caring for your home. We clean and service your furnace and air conditioner each year and we check out all major components of your home to keep things running smoothly all year round! As an added bonus, we can often anticipate upcoming repair needs so that they can be dealt with before they become emergencies!

Did you know?

you should have your basements and crawlspaces checked out before the spring storms come our way. Sump pumps must be fully operational and cracks sealed to protect your foundation from the moisture and critters that the spring season brings.
